In this paper, double acceptance sampling plans for truncated life tests are developed when the lifetimes of test items follows Marshall - Olkin extended Lomax distribution. Probability of acceptance is calculated for different consumer’s confidence levels fixing the producer’s risk. Probability of acceptance and producer’s risk are discussed with the help of tables and examples.en_US
