dc.description.abstract | Economic necessities motivate women to eani enough to provide a decent standard of living for the family. Professional women are more interested in working outside the home because better facilities are provided. The advent of information technology and globalization has brought changes in the areas of women's work. India is recognized globally for its new mantra - Information Technology. As an industry, IT provides promising opportunities for the economic and personal advancement of everyone, including the women. The modern trends of life, work and collaboration o f the western companies with the Indian companies brought many changes in the work timings, type of food consumption and sleeping patterns o f the individuals o f today's generation. The drastic changes landed these employees with various health problems. | en_US |
