    Antioxidant Efficacy of Cynodon Dactylon Leaf Protein Against ELA Implanted Swiss Abino Mice

LLA induced mice showed sipiiilieant decrease in the level of enzymic antioxidants like catalase (73.43 to 55.03), siipero.xide disimiitise (4.49 to2.47) and elutathionc pero.xitlase (4K.4K to 36.98) in units/mg protein and non enzyrnie anlioxidtint like vitamin A (7.18 to 3,. \ iiainiii E (8.55 to 3.18) in pg.g pi olein and reduced glutathione (2.38 to 1.65) in nnioles/g protein which indicated the production of free riulicals in the liver. Arlmimsiralion of protein fraction to the ELA induced mice showed enhanced level of enzymic antioxidants (69. i S, -1.1 1 and 49.39 units.hiig protein) ;iiui non enzymic antioxidants (5.63, 5.20 pg,/g protein and 3.43 nmole.s g protein) respeelisely w hich proseil their protective action against the iV. e radical liamage caused by l-.k.A tumor cells and maintains the nonrial fuiiciion of the organ .ind eonfn lued their antioxidant activity,

    Contra Generalized Semi-Preopen Mappings in Intuitionistic Fuzzy Topological Spaces

    In this paper we introduce intuitionistic fuzzy contra generalized semi-preopen mappings, intuitionistic fuzzy almost contra generalized semi-preopen mappings and intuitionistic fuzzy contra M-generalized semi-preopen mappings. We investigate some of their properties. Also we provide the relation between the intuitionistic fuzzy contra generalized semi-preopen mappings and intuitionistic fuzzy almost contra generalized semi-preopen mappings.     Efficacy of Wound Healing Activity of Terminalia catappa in Swiss Albino Mice

    A study was conducted to evaluate the wound healing activity of Terminalia catappa on Sxi'iss albino mice using the excision wound model. There was a significant increase in wound closure rate, total collagen content, and hexosamine content in the granuloma tissues of the Terminalia catappatreated group when compared to the control and commercial ointment-treated groups. From the rest Its, it may be co^i^Tuded that Terminalia catappa has greater wound healing capacity than commercial Povdine-Iodine ointment.

    Evaluation of in Vitro Free Radical Scavenging Efficacy of Different Organic Extracts of Morinda Tinctoria Leaves

    In vitro free radicai scavenging efficacy of methanolic, ethanolic, and ethylaceate extracts of Morinda tinctoria leaves were carried out In vitro free radical scavenging efficacies of these extracts were assessed by studying its ability to scavenge DPPH, NO, H2O2 and Hydroxyl radicals. The methanolic extract of Morinda tinctoria leaves showed IC50 with minimum concentration and more effective in scavenging DPPH, NO, H2O2 and Hydroxyl radicals followed by ethanol and ethyl acetate extracts respectively. Thus, the methanolic extract of Morinda tinctoria leaves can be recommended as a potent antioxidant in patients suffering from various oxidative degenerative diseases such as cancer, diabetes, arthritis, and cardiovascular diseases. This free radical scavenging activity might be due to the active components present in the methanolic extract of Morinda tinctoria leaves.
