A strategic challenge facing banking institutions today is the growing and changing needs and expectations of consumers in tandem with increased education levels and growing wealth. Consumers are becoming increasingly discerning and have become more involved in their financial decisions. This study determines the factors influencing the consumer’s adoption of e-banking in India and hence investigates the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived risk on use of e-banking. It is an essential part of a bank’s strategy formulation process in an emerging economy like India. Survey based questionnaire design with empirical test was carried out. The banks are combining new eiectronic deiivery channeis almost everyday to their existing services. Bank services are now just at the distance oh one click from the mouse. Though e-banking is getting popular and spreading very fast, in India most people do not know it and people who know about it are reluctant to use it due to misconceptions like password hacking, privacy, security etc. The present study investigates the level of awareness among the customers on the use of e-banking and their expectations from e-banking. From the findings of the study, it was inferred that the customers are satisfied with the guality of e-banking services. But they face technical as well as administrative and procedural problems. Further to promote e-banking services, it is of importance that the banks must ensure quality in customer service. Science and technology is changing the way financial institutions perform their transactions. Today’s banks are shaken by these technological changes. In this context, a micro level study assumes immense significance to assess the consumer’s reactions towards credit cards services with the following objectives; to study the Socio- Economic profile o f Credit card Users in Coimbatore city, to analyze Customer Satisfaction about Various in Credit card Services and to identify the Problems faced by the Customers in using in Credit card Services. The primary data was collected from 50 samples through adoptive purposive sampling technique by administrating a pre tested interview schedule during the period from January to February 2012. The data collected wai tabulated and analyzed by using Garrett ranking technique, Likerts’ Summated Scale and Factor Analysis. Changing food habits, rising income of the middle class Indian, presence of private players, rising market demand of the Indian poultry produce in the export market are some of the contributing factors to the growth of the industry. Therefore, the study intends to examine the socio-economic background of the poultry farmers; to analyze the investment, cost and profit of the farmers and to identity the problems faced by the farmers. The study based on primary and secondary data collected from 120 poultry farmers by adopting purposive sampling during November 2013 to January 2014.
