One of the Computational tools is Artificial Immune System, which emulates with the Biological Immune system to process and function. In this paper, a comparison is made between Natural Immune System and Artificial Immune System. Different Artificial Immune system algorithms are discussed along with recent applications in Artificial Immune System.
