IVe analyze the relations between xp a -dosed sets with already existing closed sets. We discuss some basic properties o f y/ a-closed sets The class o f xp a-closed sets is properly placed between the class o f a-closed sets and the class o f (resp. xp)-dosed sets. We prove that the class o f xp a- closed sets form a topology.
